NHCART currently ships to locations where our courier partners provide service.

If delivery is unavailable for your location, we will notify you and, where applicable, process a refund for the affected order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within India: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • International Orders (if available): Delivery times vary based on the destination country, customs procedures, and courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

8. Failed Delivery

the courier may return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

  • Photographs of the package and products (if damaged)
  • A description of the issue

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse operations.

There will be no additional shipping charge unless clearly communicated before dispatch.
