1. Return Eligibility

- The product was delivered with missing items.
- The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and accessories (where applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:
- Opened or used Bhimseni Camphor
- Opened Camphor Tablets
- Opened Incense Sticks (Agarbatti)
- Opened Dhoop Sticks
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
- Products with tampered or missing original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the product using the instructions provided by NHCART, if applicable.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
5. Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product is found to be defective.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return if the product meets the eligibility conditions described in this policy.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:

- A damaged product,
- A defective product, or
- An incorrect item sent by us,
NHCART will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include arranging return shipping or reimbursing reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

- Do not meet the eligibility requirements.
